Q: It come packed in extra package or is only the vinyl floor box? Just worried If may get scratched during transportation

Mine came on a Pallet, was strapped/packaged nicely. The boxes with the product are heavy with a wrapping of 1/8" thick foam on the interior around the product and sheets between each panel. I personally did not have any damage from shipping.

Q: How many boxes will cover 300 square feet?

24 cases cover 312 sq ft, but you should add 10% for bad cuts, damage etc... i.e.: 26 cases will cover 338 sq ft.

Q: what do you need to cut these to size?

It depends on the type of cut you need. A utility knife will work to cut straight across the piece of flooring. So will a circular saw, jig saw or hand saw. A utility knife will not work to make L-shaped pieces required for most installations, but the saws above will.

The tiles in my floor are 5X36 inches. It is tongue and groove installation, no glue necessary. I suggest purchasing a sample to give an example of color and finish.
