Q: How loud is volume at maximum 85db +/- 3db whilst is headphones are on. please answer asap.

The Tonie Headphones are limited to 85dB, which is a specific level of volume, or how loud the headphones are able to get. Since our Tonie Headphones were designed with little listeners in mind, we chose our partner to ensure that we created kid-safe headphones that would not result in any hearing damage, even if listened to at maximum volume for extended periods of time. Q: Are these headphones foldable?

Hello dear Tonie-friend, these headphones are not foldable, but the headband and earpads can be adjusted to grow with your little listener. :-)

Q: Are these loud enough for a plane journey?

They have volume control so as not to damage a child’s ears, but should be okay on a plane.

Q: Can you listen without wire attached?

If you need a wireless option, there are products you can purchase that allow Bluetooth connection through a transmitter. This way, you can also use wireless headphones with the Toniebox! We do not currently sell wireless headphones, but we would love to be able to expand those features in the future.
