Great Potency
Ordered these as we use ashwaganda regularly to help with teen anxiety. We also appreciate the added immune boost.We were impressed with the potency of Designs for Health TriGandha, as it is sourced from three different types and seems that it would be even more effective than the gummies we have been consuming.The capsules are not huge, which is good news for teens that have trouble swallowing. We are happy with the performance of these capsules, as they seem to help, especially at bed time.Great product.

Headaches
I know ashwaganda is a great product, but this product gave me migraines. It took a day or two to set in and then the headaches came every evening. The day I stopped taking it? The headaches disappeared. If you are prone to headaches you may want to buy a different product

Seems to be Good Quality but Not Sure Where It Is Made
I have taken Ashwaganda root in combination with other herbal supplements and I do feel it gives me a relaxed feeling. It is subtle and natural but noticeable. I have read that some women also take it to help balance their hormones. I can't attest to the effectiveness of that. But I do recommend it for people who are looking for a natural approach to alleviating stress or anxiety. This is a more expensive option and I wish the label stated where the product is made and sourced. That is very important for me to know so I deducted a star for that.

Helped with anxiety
Lately I have had a lot of anxiety and a few panic attacks. Someone suggested I try this herb to see if it would help. And it has tremendously. Overall I feel better. I still have panic attacks in certain situations, but over time I hope to remedy that.

Nice Supplement
I've been taking this off and on for a few weeks now and haven't really noticed a tremendous benefit; however, I have felt a little better and am hopeful that it is helping my body on days where I have more stress. They are super easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and are easy to take.

I love this brand but..
Love this brand, good quality.This review is more regarding the supplement. Its not for everyone. Took it for 4 days and it caused heart palpatations and disrupted sleep. Toss and turn and mind was racing.
