Very delicious on many dishes. Pretty expensive but you save money if you buy a large size. I have smaller ones, so when empty, I refilled it from this half gallon.

Honestly? It looks like a huge bottle. And it is a huge bottle. But it just goes by so quickly. They made the sauce too tasty! Rice, chicken, fish, veggies, it makes them all amazing. Given how addictive this stuff is, I think the bottle is half the size it needs to be. So I’m giving Bachan’s a 5/10 for this product. Listen. Bachan’s. Give the people what they crave! If the Amazon dude doesn’t have to use a dolly to bring the box to my doorstep, it’s not gonna last a week in my house.

I have fond memories of eating marinated chicken with rice and even macaroni salad that I didn't really like, but I tolerated because my Japanese grandma made it. I forgot about it for a few years, but when this brand became popular in costco I tried it and it reminded me of growing up. I had to buy more and I'm glad Amazon offered the half gallon container, because I use it often, especially during summer.
