Very good product. I made almond flour bread with oat fiber. It taste great.

I bought this to bake bread with. I wasn’t very happy with results because there is an odd sweet aftertaste which is not very good with a savory sandwich. I will definitely use the remaining to make cookies, muffins, pancakes, sweet bread, but I’m going to be looking for a different oat fiber that has a more neutral taste so that I can bake bread with it as well as sweet baked goods.

Reliable product. Fairly priced

Made two keto coconut cream cakes that came out perfectly. Hard to get the springy, crumb texture of flour on keto (over a year of trying keto recipes), but this is the stuff! Combined with coconut flour and whey protein powder per the recipe—utterly divine, literally couldn’t tell it wasn’t “real” cake!! Cake rose quite tall, baked golden, had the look and mouthfeel of a traditional wheat flour cake, and stayed amazingly moist and fresh in the fridge for days, even filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. Don’t settle for disappointing “sort-of cake” substitutes if you’re on keto or another diet. Whatever sorcery is in this, I’m a believer!
