It was a good item. And using it well.

Good quality at a reasonable price
Product seems to be of good quality and finish. The "30L" in the description is misleading, as it does not refer to the capacity in any way. However, as we had looked at the dimensions before ordering, we were fully satisfied with the delivered product.

Poor quality product
Poor quality, within 15 days of use one of the support cap fallen off. Now it looks ugly and bag is unstable when kept on floor. I request the vendor to send those support caps through courier. DON'T BUY IT.
