I bought this primarily for a few articles of clothing for 2-4 days. I don't travel with a laptop, and I always go to family where there is washer and dryer. I have unnecessarily overpacked for 30 years, so breaking that habit is difficult! Since I'm a "senior" now and have a bad back and aching joints in general, I wanted something that wouldn't weigh me down and hurt. I'm so glad that I ordered the smaller version of this bag. I adjusted the straps to fit me, didn't pack water bottles, packed a lightweight pair of shoes, 4 blouses, a pair of jeans, a couple of nightshirts and undies and my toiletries. I could've put more in, but was wise to remove a couple of items! While it was heavy (didn't weigh it), for ME, it was doable to taxi to train and walk a bit in station and wait to get on train. I carried my mid-sized crossbody nylon bag that contained small wallet and ID so I wouldn't have to remove and replace backpack. I could never walk far wearing a backpack. For my purposes, I'm very happy with this bag. It looks good, should last me a long while since I am using it lightly, and most important to me is that it's fairly light empty and has NO chemical smell. I'm sure that people with no physical issues would be happy with this bag as I think it can hold a good amount and is not very heavy. The laptop compartment seems well enough padded to me. Very pleased.

I love this backpack. It holds more than you think. The side pockets good for water. I put an IPad chargers for phone and watch, travel size toiletries. Pretty, but not gaudy. I have the pink, it is a very light dusty rose. I’ve used it for a hospital stay, traveling, and meetings. Highly recommend. Fits under airline seats well if not overpacked. The zippers work great, durable.

I bought this bag for a weekend flight I couldn't bring a carry-on with (one of those super cheap tickets) and it was perfect. It has 4 different compartments, and if you're smart about it, can fit an impressive amount of items in it (it looks pretty small and compact!) The only issue I have is that I can already see the threads holding the shoulder straps on, as in it stretched out from the weight pulling down on them. I haven't put anything that heavy inside, and I've had it about a month, so time will tell if it starts to degrade quickly. For now, it's still doing a great job and was a good purchase.

Great backpack. It looks really elegant and holds more than I thought when I saw it in person. The straps are comfortable and it sits perfectly on top of a roller bag . The light interior makes it easy to find things inside.

I bought this to replace a different backpack that was heavy and didn't fit well under airplane seats. I was looking for something smaller and this fits the bill. This is lightweight without being flimsy and the color is a beautiful pink color. The gold findings elevate the look of the bag and the safety clip is a nice touch. I do wish all the zippers had this feature but unfortunately, it's just on the computer pocket. My 15" computer fits well in this pocket with a little room to spare. The many pockets work well for organizing your stuff, even though this is smaller than I thought. I bought the medium size. This is not the size you see in the pictures. This one is smaller than your average computer backpack. Bigger than a Loung fly or child's backpack, but smaller than your average adult backpack. I wasn't sure what size would work best, and my guess is this is why this size gets returned a lot. That said, I think this is the right size for my purpose and will fit well under economy airplane seats.

I LOVE this backpack!! It's pretty and feels luxe, almost plush. It's unbelievably light, too, and distributes weight so evenly I'm often surprised once I take it off at how much is inside, yet how little I felt its weight! This is essential for me, as someone who's had back problems since a car accident in middle school.The pockets are perfection. My favorite one is the last one before the top of the straps begin, perfect for laptops and notebooks. The cup holders are great too, because not only are they deep, their tops are lined with a thick elastic. Both of these make it difficult for items to fall out of them, whether short or tall. They've retained their elasticity, too.After nearly a year of use and many trips, some international, this backpack still looks brand new. Unlike others I've had, including major brands, it hasn't gotten a single rip or tear. I'm not gentle with it, either. I frequently use it to pack for very short trips, as it's so roomy, so I don't have to lug around tons of luggage.

I’ve had this backpack for over two years and use it daily for class and travel. It’s a great bag for college and isn’t too thick but is large enough to store everything I need- laptop, lunchbox, chargers, water bottle, etc. Also, this bag is GREAT FOR TRAVEL! This bag is the perfect size for a “personal item” on Frontier and Spirit airlines and I’ve never had a problem with it.
