Works best with a blender to be honest. If I am in a hurry and use a shaker bottle I make it a couple of hours ahead of time to ensure that it mixes well. I have had great results while lifting a curbing hunger during bulking and cutting. Definitely worth the money and better quality than higher priced eye catching products!

Trying to lower my BMI just a wee bit more while gaining muscle mass before I try to enlist, but the taste is great and mixes well in a bottle shaker. We'll see if this helps me get closer to my goals before I need another canister. Edit: So, I'm about done with my first canister, and I dropped weight from 189ish to 176 in a month's time. Of course, I upped my cardio regimen so I'm also running 5-6 miles per run day putting me at 15-18 miles a week, but with this product, I prepared the 2-scoop amount of the powder to supplement at least 2 of my daily meals of which I cut down to a half or less portion. Overall, I dropped the weight and my BMI is looking great compared to where I started! I'll keep buying these canisters to maintain my weight once I'm down to a size 32 waist again (currently at 36 from 38-40ish at the beginning). Definitely recommend!

Taste is unique salty chocolate is best I could describe. Choc peanut butter is the best. I don’t use this for its taste though. It works, for my life goals. If you’re into body building carnivor, and mre are the 2 best absorbing proteins I’ve found. Avoid whey at all costs if you want the real gainz. Mixes and cleans easier than whey too

Not great, not average, but a little bit better than average.. I don’t feel hungry an hour after having this as compared to other meal replacement shakes

Finally...a protein powder that checks off all my boxes...beef based, no dairy, perfect macro ratio and ingredients (no sugar, no soy and NO SUCRALOSE...stevia sweetened). This Carnivore product will be a staple in my regimen.

Did not taste good I had to throw it out not sure what it was

I’ve tried using this 4 separate goes. First it was 3 days in a row, where I also had a terrible headache the whole time. Then I tried it a few days later, once, had a headache that night and woke up with one. Then twice more, only one scoop, same thing. Dunno, but this causes terrible headaches for me. My gut does not like it - it gets terribly inflamed - and it’s not the meat - I eat meat all day. Things that stick out to me are the carageenan, soybean oil (gross, really?), dimethylpolysiloxane, polysorbate 60k, propylene glycol…. I switched to an organic plant based product because I needed something quick and safer so I don’t loose gains and my gut is happier. Too bad because the plant one tastes terrible while this I thought I found my dream shake with good taste. Looking for a new beef protein isolate. I’m usually a canary for toxic products... just saying… Will try MRE or another brand that has less crap in it
