Got this to help remove fluid from my dogs ear and it works great , nice and quiet too

When getting into a doctor's office was almost impossible, I took it upon myself to purchase this product. My right blocked ear was more than I could tolerate. the following day, the product was in my hand and worked like a charm. It cost less than a clinic visit, and I have great insurance! thank you.

After fully charging device, it works roughly 10 minutes before the battery dies & needs recharged. The user guide doesn't state how long the battery should last before needing recharged. Other than that the item works well & is easy to use.

I have horrible ear issues and thought this product would be a life saver. Instead I ended up with a future ER bill. First, the instructions it comes with is garbage. The instructions are 4 sentaces. That's it. You have to look at the box to see how to put it together. First step it to put some gnary piece of metal in your ear which I assumed would be silicone. It's not and it doesn't feel right loosening wax with it. Now how I ended up in the ER came with step 2. I went to suction up the wax and the tip of the device came off inside my ear. For 30 minutes I stuggled to remove it but couldn't. I'm a single adult so I have nobody to help. In the mirror I could see that none of the silicone tip was showing so it was fully inside my ear stuck. I ended up calling an ambulance because I couldn't drive with my equilibrium off and the ER removed it within seconds. The doctors once again told me what we were told as kids and not to put things in your ear. I had to return this device for a refund after the first use. It's not safe at all. Do not use it if you are alone. It's such a cheap design there's no way this tip doesn't slip off.

This product works extremely well. However there is no customer service info in the packaging except for and email address that no longer works. I wanted to buy extra filters and silicon tips.

Had low suction issue but got amazing support from seller and fixed the issue
