A beautiful book which teaches you some great techniques to train yourself of having a stoic mindset. However, it's important to understand reading and implementing these is a long journey. A great introduction specially for someone who ends up in the rumination spiral.

I found this book very useful. It's a really good book. I didn't like the meditation section but only because I know that meditation is not for me but for those who like meditate or want to try it, will find that section pretty good. I do recommend this book. A good one. I've highlighted a lot of important advices that I don't want to forget. Thanks author!

This book is easy to read and it's perfect for those who cannot stop overthinking. It provides valuable techniques that you can try out as well. I couldn't recommend this book enough.
