Good product
The product is made from good quality material, it has a light matte finish which means it does not slip & roll away especially when you're using it against a wall. Provides good support & pressure.

Great for deep tissue massage!!
Have been using this for my post work out therapy to massage my glutes and hamstrings. This product does its job well and is very durable as I dropped it many times and it did not break like cheap plastic. Its hard and strong enough to do the deep tissue massages and also convenient as it is small enough to carry in your bag. I am happy with it.

The size of the ball is small and hard and it doesn’t serve the purpose

I was advised to use release ball by my physiotherapist, so i ordered this ball , but it’s very small & little difficult to use

Must buy product from the Amazon beautiful quality, it's very convenient to use and the results are really great I recommend anyone looking for the trigger point ball, please go for this it's value for money.

Great product
The material seems mix of plastic and rubber. Very hard yet smooth in touch. The quality seems good. I used it for lower back pain and got instant relief.
