Bought this as a gift for someone who LOVES Star Trek ... it was a hit ... they loved it and thought it was a very cool looking mug! Great detail of all the ships on mug. Sturdy, good size, easy to hold and shipped/packaged very well (no chips or cracks).

I'm a bit of a mug connoisseur (ahem... snob). I love opening my kitchen cabinet and picking from my carefully curated collection. I do have a rule now that there is no room left in the cabinet -- if I see a mug I want, I have to get rid of multiple of the existing collection. This makes it a big decision because I don't dislike any of them. So, I thought about getting this mug for a while and finally decided to order it. I'm not disappointed and haven't opened my cabinet for days because this is literally the only mug I've used -- for coffee, tea, water, and even diet coke because it's such the perfect mug. It's a great size too. My greatest concern was how it would do in the dishwasher and it's already been through multiple times and still looks great.

I bought this mug as a christmas gift for my dad and he LOVED it! the package arrived undamaged as the mug was shipped in a tiny box with a protective stuffing. The quality itself is great and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Great gift and would highly recommend!

After talking to my brother I need to update my review...He was thrilled with this cup stating that it was accurate and beautiful and had seen it just hasn't purchased yet so it was worth the price for that reason alone! Thank you!I got this for my brother who is a major Trekkie since our childhood and I was a bit disappointed. It's not really as clear and vivid as the picture shows. Really should not be so expensive. He'll use it but I wouldn't buy another one.

I love it. Large mug, crisp and clean graphics. The U.P.G. is one of my first stops when I'm looking for gifts. I bought their death memento mug last year from a local bookshop (which is also an awesome mug) and the name and quality and uniqueness of the design stuck with me. Only thing I was iffy about was packaging (it comes in a great looking box, btw) only because there wasn't really much padding and ofc, Amazon just threw it in a small box with a few puffy air things. But maybe they are also trying not to use styrofoam...mine was obviously intact, though, so no problems here.
