I couldn't be happier with these brushes. The sizes are just perfect for great detail work. The brushes themselves are of high quality and high quality bristles that don't shed. They are comfortable to hold are provided a pleasurable painting experience. I will be buying more from this brand in the future and I highly recommend these to anyone.

I live these brushes. They perform better than others I have. The hold a good amount of paint and the tips are perfect!

Update on October 7, 2025. The seller has kindly efunded me for the brushes set saying it could have been a defective batch. I recommend the seller. Original review - The brush set worked well for a week or so then started shedding. They have good spring.

These are very nice controllable WC brushes. They spread the water and pigment beautifully, and come to nice points. They still have good points after several months of use. They are several steps up from the affordable watercolor brushes I have been using until the last year. I would order these brushes again, and from this brand again

Love these brushes!! Great for watercolor

These are a great value for the price, stacking up favorably against some (much pricier but also entry-level) W&N Cotman brushes. These come to a much finer point, and I like that the taper is along the whole length of the bristles, rather than just at the very tip. I also like the shorter bristles, as that makes the tip easier to control. They do however feel like they hold less water than the Cotman, or like I need to swish the brush around in the water to pick more up rather than just dipping. It’s not notable enough to dock points, just an observation. I have not noticed a single hair shed from the brushes, and I really like that the bristle protector tubes will post securely on the back of the handle so that they won’t get lost. Despite being short handle brushes, the handles are still longer than my others, but they still fit in my brush roll. Overall, an amazing set of beginner brushes for a great price.

Sharp point, smooth application, and performs better than many of my more expensive brushes. Very pleased.
