I have been taking this along with my antidepressant for several years now. My Dr recommended it. I feel it is just what I needed without upping my antidepressant.

While it's a bit pricier than some alternatives, the impact it has is worth every penny. Cheaper options just didn't measure up, but this one has become my go-to choice. I’ve tried many multi vitamins. After about three days taking these I felt a difference. I’m just more alert and content. The caps do stink but it’s not repugnant.

A friend of mine recommended this supplement to me to help with thinning hair. She has seen great results so I’m excited for this. My hair hasn’t been the same since my last kid and I’m tired of the thinning. I have a pretty strong reaction to pills that have taste/after taste which makes it almost impossible for to take some meds/supplements. My recommendation to those who can’t handle the taste is to have sour gummy worms before taking it. It will pretty much mask the taste. I realize how silly it might sound but this has worked for these pills and huge horse sized pills like mucinex.

Glass pill bottle shattered, no returns on this product: These pills may be good, however, I’ll never know because there are teeny tiny shards of glass throughout the bottle. Apparently, there are no returns on this product, so bye-bye money!!! 💰💰💰 these are very expensive, but I do not trust the teeny shards of glass peppered in with the pills. Very disappointed.

Fantastic product. Those complaining about the smell......cut me a break......you swallow in two seconds. Get over it. What matters is the ingredients. I will buy again.
