I have been using the Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Matte Foundation for years, and I am over 40, so that says a lot. Yes, it is a liquid makeup, but I absolutely love how it looks on my skin. I don’t use a lot at once, just a light layer applied with a sponge, and it blends beautifully for a natural, flawless finish. The foundation lasts all day, which is amazing because I don’t have to worry about touch-ups, even with my normal face oils. The color I chose is a bit lighter than my natural tone, but it gradually blends and warms up during the day with my skin’s natural oils, which is completely normal and actually looks very natural. I love that it makes my skin look smooth, even, and radiant without feeling heavy. Listen in my whole life this is the best foundation I’ve ever used, it gives me a glowing finish and doesn’t come off on clothes or your hand if you touch your face or scratch it! Lightweight, good coverage and match my skin tone great (not through virtual try on though) the problem is, it doesn’t come with a pomp! Idk why though?!! Started using this foundation since 2022 after a Macy's assistant found the right shade for me. Its great to use like a concealer as well. It's very lightweight and long lasting so it's easy to apply and doesn't make my skin feel cakey or oily. I don't even use setting spray.

Great coverage but sometimes can be a little heavy. You have to be careful with how much you apply or you end up looking a little cakey. But other than that, totally recommend for the coverage and how long it lasts. A little expensive but a little goes a long way.

Good foundation makeup, with a perfect match on my brown skin. Not oily even after all day, do not have to blotch even on hot days; however, I do use under and over primers, so I'm not sure if that plays a part. Nevertheless, using this, I've had no breakouts. Not heavy feeling. pricey.
