Perfect replacement to compressed air can.
We have been using the 10oz compressed air cans to clean out our iRobot Roomba. They have been working satisfactory but if you hold it down for 30 seconds or more, the can gets chilled and thus reducing the air pressure. Making it a real PITA. This has the same pressure with no limitations on how long to use it. Cleaned out the Roomba several times (more than 7) so far and still appears to have full charge. We have used it probably 90 to 120 seconds of continuous blowing each time. This would have been impossible using canned air. A little noisy, but who cares if it works. We do not have babies who would be sleeping.

Awesome alternative to canned air!
I was getting tired of using compressed air cans, as they're expensive, terrible for the environment, and just a pain in the ass to use. This unit, while a bit pricey, is 100% worth it to replace them forever. First off it's made by an American company, which I'm always happy to support, and second off, it's just good at its job. The blowing power was perfect for my needs, and I loved that it was always consistent, instead of dropping off super quick like canned air did. The unit is pretty loud, which is the main drawback I found (I definitely can't use it at night), but otherwise I'm super happy with my purchase. For those on the fence over the price, remember that it's covered by a lifetime warranty! Meaning you buy this thing once, and you'll never have to buy a compressed air can again. If you're a frequent user of compressed air (like myself), this will save you a lot of money in the long-term. Highly recommended!

UPDATE March 30, 2021
This product works very well. I have 2 observations the R & D Dept. should look into: 1. NOISY. Not a deal breaker for me but any effort to mitigate the high pitches noise would be most beneficial. 2. STRAW SIZE. Came with 2 straws to attach. Both were the same size with a rather large diameter. You should incorporate smaller diameter sized straws. The fitting side is a fixed diameter but the expel side could narrow down increasing force. OVERALL - very good product UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Since the above post this machine has all but died. Motor grinds slowly and pumps zero air! This has a lifetime guarantee so I’m going to initiate contact and see how the company handles this defective machine. Check back for updates

Good product...if it works.
Well, if it would have lasted... I emailed the Canless Air company mid March 2015 because it wouldn't charge anymore. (one year and one month after the purchase, it was shipped Feb. 2, 2014) They refused to replace my device. They offered a 15% discount, but a lot of good that does me. I recharged it 4 times. I work at a school and we are off at least 3 months out of the year. They refused to work with me. I am very disappointed because this is so much safer than using chemical canned air around students. I emailed back asking again for a replacement and got no response. This is my second purchase. The first one quit working within the first year. The company replaced that one. Very disappointed...

Works great for reloading and gun cleaning
Update 08-06-2022 I have been using this air blower for almost 3 years to reduce my canned air usage. I use it on a regular basis (several times a week) for gun cleaning and reloading cleanup. It has worked flawlessly the whole time. If I’m cleaning several guns at the same time it does get fairly warm but does not effect the performance. Before purchasing the blower I was using 2 1/2 to 3 cases of air a year and have reduced that to less than a case a year. The blower has more than paid for itself. Highly recommend it!! ================================= I purchased this to replace most of my canned air needs. I use it primarily for my reloading needs and gun cleaning. It is a little on the noisy side but since I use it in max bursts of roughly 60 to 90 seconds it’s not a real issue. It works as well for cleaning up after a reloading sessions and gun cleaning as the canned air I was using previously. I was using a little under 2 cans of air a month and in the almost 3 months I’ve been using it I have used less than 1 can of air. I don’t use it for cleaning computers or other items so I can’t speak to the long term usages issues others have listed.

Black straw gets knocked off too easily. almost not worth the $100 price tag it was so irritating
I've not been given any discounts or free items. Just a regular guy who bought this and writing down my thoughts. Pros: It does work. I charged it and it shoots out air. I cleaned out computers with this. And its great i can shoot constant stream of fast air from any angle its great. Upside down it works or side ways, where with regular cans of air you start getting that chemical cold burn stuff that u spray at your cat to get away from your cabling behind your computer or tv. Also, the can doesn't freeze and you don't have to stop using it for an hour like canned air. i felt like i could do more with the cannless system like full laptop cleaning and dust off ports around all computers and tvs and electronics tablets etc... since it doesn't get cold or shoot out moisture cold juice that can harm electronics potentially i could blast this thing for awhile. Cons : Why i discounted 2 stars. Well the burst of air is not as strong as the burst that comes from canned air. Sometimes that power burst really knocks loose some caked on dust. the 200mph doesn't feel that fast if my air is shooting out that fast. i cleaned a computer with the Canless Air System and then after 10-15min i went back with a traditional freezer burn CAN OF AIR and the can of Air got some deep dust that this system missed. Not a lot of difference its not like the Canless knocked out half the dust and the Can of Air got the other half. The canless got 80-85% i'd say. The amount of dust blown out with can of air afterwards was a small amount that caused a nut tickling cough. My biggest complaint of the Canless Air System Hurricane is the black nozzle straw! First of all it kept coming off. It would not stay on I was constantly having to put it back on after it was blown off. Also, i wish the black nozzle straw had a smaller circumference. The diameter is like half inch wide. If the opening was smaller the air would concentrate into a stronger faster stream. But the black hose piece came off alllll the time it was so annoying. at least canned air systems have some sort of click-locking mechanism for the lil red plastic straw to hold it in somewhat good. This Canless system making you fork out almost $100 & they couldn't figure out a better plastic hose holding mechanism or smaller one. Sometimes the Tip touches or hits the inside of a case or cabling or something of a computer and it blows right off. soooo annoying i'm getting angry remembering dealing with it and strongly considering giving this thing 2 stars instead of 3. if not for this issue i would easily give this product 4.5 star rating! wish this came with a case or something i lost my charger already and its useless now! thats my fault but would've been nice if they had a case that held it all in a package. not a big deal

The O2 Hurricane Special Edition 220+ MPH is a good, cordless, easy to use, reuseable source of presurized air.
For a while now I have been looking for a hand held system to take the place of canned air. One might ask, "Why not use one of the air compressors that you own?" If I was always in my workshop using my pressure controlled units that would be fine, but since I do not have an air system running throughout my home, even using my little portable air compressor is a problem. When I need to clean out dirt and dust from different pieces of mechanical and electronic equipment canned air was handy. However canned air added an unneeded expense and I was constantly running out of it at the most inopportune time, even when buying it by the case. Now that I have located the O2 Hurricane Special Edition 220+ MPH and it's unit price at the time was what I considered reasonable, I did not hesitate in buying it. In the evaluations I saw about this unit, some of the people were complaining that the air pressure produced by the older units were not as strong as the canned air. As far as the older units are concerned I do not know. Quite frankly, I feel that the pressure coming out of canned air is too strong especially when using it around delicate pieces. Canned air also leaves condensation after using it only for a few seconds. I feel that the O2 Hurricane puts out just enough air to safely blow out everything that I work on. From printers, (Both laser and inkjet), copiers, ten-keys, typewriters, computers, keyboards, mice, VCR and/or DVD recorder/players, turntables, cassette players, etc, a little air from the O2 Hurricane and I could immediately run a test to see if dirt had been or is the problem. I do not have to worry about the O2 Hurricane causing damage to the equipment I am working on and I could test the equipment immediately after using it. If you are looking for a cordless (When in use), hand held, simply to use, reusable piece of equipment to replace canned air, the O2 Hurricane Special Edition 220+ MPH, in my opinion, is what you are looking for. I am very happy with my unit so far. It is doing a great job in helping to maintain the equipment I work upon and I would recommend it to anyone in need of portable compressed air. I will add further information concerning this unit, if I find it to be pertinent.

As effective as blowing air yourself
Lasted for almost two years before it finally stopped working. This product is not as good as compressed air. Don't fall for the claims of "220+ MPH Special Edition" name, it's all marketing hype. It can't match the effectiveness of compressed air. I don't recommend using this to dust off a computer as the stream is not strong enough to blow the dust stuck in crevices such as the CPU heat sink and computer fans. It can blow away large dust bunnies in a computer case, but that task is pointless since you can do just as well by blowing air yourself. This product is ear piercingly LOUD! It easily matches the sound of a lawn mower and the effect is even worse since you will have this device close to you. I live on in apartment and had to drag my computer in the stairway to use it or otherwise aggravate my roommate and neighbors. The battery life is very short. I let the device charge overnight and I get about 15 mins of use before it's all done. It makes no sense why this is a portable device if the battery life is so short. Okay so why didn't I give this one star? One it does match the claim in that it's rechargeable, so in the long run you will save money albeit with a product that is inferior to cheap compressed air cans. Second, I can see that this device will be useful if you need to clean dust off temperature sensitive things like antiques or plants, that would otherwise get damaged by cold compressed air. Which brings me back to the point of why buy this? You can just blow dust off yourself and do it just as well. Hey and guess what your lungs are environmentally friendly, rechargeable and FREE.
