For my neck problem it seems to be working.I just need to give a straight pull on my neck to relieve the tension. I do this about twice a day and it seems to be helping with my chronic neck pain.

The product itself is well made but it appears to be made for people with small heads as the harness that fits over the head and secures on either side of the neck with velcro straps will only support small necks. Unless you are a very petite woman or child this device isn't for you.

I like the old style (water bag) better for a "permanent" location, though I did get tired of the bag springing leaks, which is why I thought I would try this style. This would definitely be the best if you needed to take one with you, but it is clumsy to use. This particular brand is more comfortable on my chin, but the velcro seems to be positioned for a neck size smaller than my 16, so it's a little too snug there for my taste.

It’s very difficult to see the directions, and they don’t show how to hang it from what I can see so far!

Very good product, easy to install.

Easy set up, easy to use. Instantly took away the headache from a pinched nerve I apparently had. Just be gentle when using this…u could easily pull your very important bones out of wack lol. It may be a danger to little ones. Use this product intelligently.

It is not comfortable at all and there are no instructions that came with it

I am not a large person and the head peice is rather small and does restrict breathing and blood flow. The plastic buckle broke after about 4 uses.
