I have owed other backup cameras and a few from erapta but this one by far is my favorite. First it came delivered in a solid cardboard box with plenty of protective insulation and compartments as you can see from the photos. Simple and quick install and clean and unobtrusive looking when installed. The wireless range is crazy good being my truck is 21 feet long with a consistent strong wireless signal. The image is so clear as you can see its so easy to see the make and model of the vehicle behind me. I love the fact that the warning lines line up perfectly to the vehicle behind me. An added bonus when using the plug in power supply for the cigarette lighter is the added usb plug so you are not losing your outlet, very well thought out. Everything was well thought out with this unit, all the cables and plugs with ample length are supplied. Install is simple and clean. Im going to get another one for my daughters failing system.

It started out great for about 30 days. Now it doesn’t connect without unplugging and plugging it back in. Sometimes it doesn’t work period, won’t connect to camera. This wasn’t an easy install for our model, had to add wire to reach backup lights. To have it not work after investing all that time and energy is really disappointing! Additionally, when we needed it for our teen driver, it’s useless. Buyer beware!Update, the seller reached out on this review 7.25.22 here was my response.It cost over a $100 to install it, it wasn’t just the cost of the unit. We had to extend wires for the vehicle we added it to. Honestly, it’s not a dependable product, especially in cold temps. It doesn’t work at all when below freezing. I think the review helps save other customers the potential costs and wasted investment. Sorry, I’d encourage you to upgrade the product and do quality testing in all seasons.

I bought this to put on a 2006 Honda Accord. I live in an area with parallel street parking only and I like my bumper to not be damaged. The fact this camera is wireless to the monitor saves a bunch of time on install. For install I needed a drill, 3/8” bit, and a linesman pliers (regular pliers and a wire cutter would have worked too). Install took me about an hour from start to finish. That includes my gathering tools, install, and putting tools away. This kit came with everything needed if you planned to use the plug in power cord and not hard wire the monitor. I just used the plug in option as my time to install was limited. The plug does also have a USB port on it so it will allow other devices to be powered. Camera needs to be hard wired to the reverse lights. The camera has a fairly clear picture in the darkness of night. Only thing I’d change is to be able to further widen the backup guide lines on the monitor, but this is a very minor complaint.

Well, this is a surprisingly great product.First of all, the packaging is great. Everything is very secure and packaged correctly. All the items are perfectly identificable. The instructions are short, but very clear to understand.The camera was installed on a older car without any kind of backup camera by default, a Nissan Versa 2008. The installation process was very straightforward, but you do need to know how to properly wire the cables. It really shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes with the right tools.The screen is larger than I expected, but in a positive way. Very bright and perfectly viewable (there is a lot of sun her in South Texas). There is absolutely zero lag between the camera and the screen. Honestly, this being a wireless camera, I expectedag or interference, but I haven't had any problems at all. The best parte is all the work you have by not having to route a long cable.I honestly didn't believe a wireless camera would work as fine as this camera do, but eRapta did it. Highly recommended.

This is a descent system, but the guide lines are not adjustable. In order to get the lines to match the width of my truck, the only way was to adjust the aim of the camera. Also, the angle position of the camera cannot be fixed, which means that after a car wash it will probably get moved and need to be repositioned.
