I bought this product for the numerous small studies that show between 12 and 18 g a day improves both anxiety and depression. This product is a full pound, so it’s much much cheaper than the capsules, but you have to split the 12g dose or else you will get an upset stomach after taking it despite the fact that has a very pleasant and nearly sweet taste. The surprise was that after I took it I developed a headache, typical of a low blood sugar. I checked my sugar and it was 85, the lowest it’s been and over two years since I became a type two diabetic. I was on three metformin a day, and now I am on 1 a day just two days later. There’s medical literatirr literature showing that it improves the insulin resistance. that leads to type two diabetes, as well as polycystic ovary syndrome, so it was not a total surprise, but the degree in which it worked certainly was. I recommend this product for any type two diabetic and I also recommend it for anyone with anxiety and depression, who either hates the idea of taking medication or who is resistant to medication‘s. it is not only harmless, but good for many parts of the body as it is the universal to cellular membrane function and signalling. my theory is that the reason a large scale studies have not been done is because they are incredibly expensive and generally only done by a pharmaceutical company that wants FDA approval for their product. Since supplements are already widely available, pharmaceutical companies have no interest, and, if anything, 10 to put down, nutritional supplements, probably for this reason. That’s just my take. I just got the product a half hour ago, and of course I had to try it. I measured out one scoop into a glass of orange juice. It's a fine powder and a little fell on the table. I pressed my finger into it and tasted it. It tastes like powdered sugar, but maybe ever so slightly less sweet. It dissolved easily, and I couldn't taste it. Maybe my juice was a little sweeter, but I wouldn't have known it was in there if someone else served it to me. I will update if anything spectacular happens from taking it.

4+ months of taking this with D-Chiro inositol and I'm still noticing changes every month! When i first bought this, I worked my way up from 2g a day to 4g a day. I now take 3 level 1/2tsp, twice a day (for about 4g total). I just mix it with a little water and use the mixture to take my other vitamins. (heads-up, it does make your water a little sweet) I have PCOS and have gone 120+ days without a period at all. After 2 weeks of taking this, my period started! After that, I did spot on and off for about 3 weeks but I think eventually my hormones balanced out enough and now Im getting my period every 35-38 days (down from 70-120+ days guys!) One of the first things I noticed was that I had way more "good" days when it came to my anxiety and depression! I also have way more energy overall. After taking this with the D-Chiro and prenatals for about a month, I slowly added in my other vitamins (vitamin D, fish oil, magnesium, and folate) as well as started a Paleo diet. I'm sure it's the combo of everything together but some days, I feel like straight up Super mom and do all of the activities I want to do with my toddler and STILL have the energy cook and clean! (That's not to say I still don't have "bleh" days here and there) I do sometimes forget to take this twice a day and only take it once but I'm still noticing differences with each cycle. My periods are lighter and shorter, I have less cramps, my mood, anxiety, and energy are doing so much better... I'm not sure if I'm ovulating on my own but I'd still consider this stuff a miracle! This is by far the best price I've found on myo inositol too as this container lasts a long time! I'm just now buying more after taking it for 4 months!

This product came as described. It is taste less. Has a neutral smell. Ingredients are pure. But didn’t notice much of a difference in my health taking them. Good quality though.

This is not a 6 month supply, this is a 4 month supply. This is the second one I buy and they only last 4 months.

I've been using this daily for a few months. I'm so happy with it that I'm about to order my second container. It's really good value for the price, the container has so much more product in it than buying capsules at the same price, and I don't like taking pills, so this works great. I just add it to my coffee in the morning, and take with water right before bed. This has improved my: moods, dark hairs, energy, focus, and it's hard to be sure but possibly also my periods. I think it's also helping my skin, but that fluctuates throughout the month, plus I didn't take a "before" photo to compare! If you have PCOS, or symptoms of it, try this - chances are good that it'll help.
