Phiten Titanium Necklace Star Star Necklace, Navy, 18 and #34;, 18 inches (XLTE2152)

I like the phiten necklace. I remembered owning one back in my younger years when I started working out. I was a little skeptical at first, but in my opinion, I think the phiten necklace really work. Since I started to workout consistently, my shoulders started to become a little heavy and I sleep on my sides that leads up to stiffness and some soreness throughout my day. Once I wore the phiten, my stiffness in my shoulders went away. I really like how the phiten looks and can be worn for casual or athletic purposes. A little tip on getting the right size for phiten, measure your neck and probably go a few inches more, if you want more room for your neck. I’m currently wearing an 18 inch phiten, and I’m comfortable with it because I like the choker appearance and fits perfect around my neck.

I’ve been wearing Phiten products for years. They’re good quality and last a long time. This was fairly priced. Thank you.

I bought this titanium necklace just to try one more alternative treatment for my joint pains and was really pleasantly surprised. It seems to be actually helping. I take tons of supplements and use magnets as well as the Q-ray ring/bracelet but this is the first item that seemed to immediately help decrease the pain in my joints. I'll have to see how it fairs as time goes by but if constantly wearing a rather ugly necklace is the price to pay, so be it. I can't say it'll help everyone who tries it but it definitely seems to be relieving my joint pains. Yehhhhh.....something that REALLY works!!Well, a few years have passed since this review and of course, now that I look back on things in 2008, I realize I was successfully losing weight and had lost a total of 50 pounds at the same time that I was trying out the necklace so maybe it was the weight loss and not the necklace that resolved my knee pain. I am not sure which helped or if both worked in tandem. I just know that I have gained weight back due to thyroid problems and my knee pain has returned some what again but I no longer own this necklace since it seemed to completely cure the knee pain I had back then. For now, I am working on losing weight again since I am now on thyroid medicine and I will prove one way or the other which treatment really helped with the joint pain.

I have been suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis for 10 years and it forced me into early retirement as a tile setter. I'm an out-patient at the VA with the standard RA medicine of Humara shots every 2 weeks and Methotrexate and tons of pain meds. Every morning when I wake up it takes me an hour just sitting before I can get motivated and loosened up. I haven't told anyone of the vast improvement since I have been wearing the Phiten titanium necklace for fear of being ridiculed to my face so I will tell my story here. This damn thing works, don't know how I know nothing of titanium or magnets or whatever else comes out of middle eastern alternative medicines but just wait until my next RA exam and let my Rheumatologist explain my increased range of motion in both arms. Not sure of a placebo effect either because I wasn't even thinking of an improvement until it happened on the third day when I woke up. Not saying you will have the same results but for me I will swear by them and without all the chemicals doctors here want to pump into you

Not bad for the price, definitely cheaper than they used to be In brick and mortars. I definitely notice a difference if I forget to put it on in the morning especially at work or with being active more so in joint pain. I had a broken tooth once and forgot to put my necklace and bracelet on and the pain was twice as bad without my phiten gear. I think though like everything else it’s a person to person basis, I have friends and family that say they don’t noticed anything. I swear by these, I will wear them till the day I die.

Well, I didn't purchase this product to relieve pain or soreness, I purchased it to place a wedding band on and wear around my neck like a "mill stone." I've lost some weight and still have more to loose so resizing now would be a waste of money. That said, I didn't want to "not wear" my band or worse... loose it down a sink drain; so, I came up with this idea (though I am sure others before me have done this too). Anyway, so while reading and deciding to purchase this item, I saw many reviews that claimed it (the necklace) helped alleviate pain in joints. I found that interesting but didn't give it any serious consideration when making my selection. I've been wearing it 24/7 now for a month or two and it does what I expected it to... holds my wedding band, and it doesn't do what I didn't expect it to do... alleviate joint pain. BUT... that isn't the reason why I only gave it 3 stars. The reason for my rating of 3 stars is because though I find this item useful, I find the price way to high.

I have had this necklace for over a month now, and I have been using it constantly. I am in chronic pain some of witch is in my face and neck. And I have been using very strong magnets to help. But I find this product to be extremely effective at reducing and many times eliminating the pain. It does better than the magnets; and it even helps me sleep better than I have in years.I cannot say enough about this product, because it really works. I just bought the wristbands to help with the pain in my hands and arms. Also one for my wife she finds it helps with her headaches.I learned about this from watching professional baseball, and seeing that most of the players are using it to help with relaxing and their pain. Now I see why they are all using it.
