Best Things That Ever Happened To My Waistline!!!
Ever since I discovered these All Natural Bran Crackers, my life has changed! I am a HUGE foodie. I love cooking, eating, creating, munching, type that while I'm eating breakfast, I'm already dreaming about lunch and dinner LOL. Anyhow, I had gained around 25 pounds in two years after getting married and I know that to some people that doesn't sound like a lot, but for me, it was a huge deal since it had changed the shape of my entire body and I no longer fit into clothes that I loved. I knew the rule of "weight is lost in the kitchen" but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't lose it. I would never feel full and satisfied if I restricted my eating and even though I was trying to "eat healthily", my portion sizes were not "healthy for weightloss" but if they weren't big, I wouldn't get full. That all changed when I discovered these crackers. The magic of these crackers is that they are high is FIBER, low in NET CARBS and literally FILL YOU UP like you ate a four-course meal. The perk about eating a lot of FIBER is that it keeps you full, regulates your digestive tract AND "forces" you to drink a lot of water to help the fiber move through your system smoothly. So, not only was it finally keeping me full for HOURS, but I also began focusing on my water intake per day and that improved tremendously as well! Now, to be honest, the cracker itself tastes like cardboard but that's where your creativity comes in. I LOVE sandwiches and pizza, they are delicious, easy to prepare and transport, neat eating, etc. The problem is, sandwiches and pizza usually consist of BREAD/DOUGH. Even sprouted whole grain bread/crust has a lot of carbs that are HEALTHY but not conducive to WEIGHT LOSS. Substituting bread for lettuce leaves or wraps is not an easy, everyday solution either. That's where GG crackers come in and save the day. You want pizza? Make it on GG's. You want a Tune Melt? Make it on GG's. You want peanut butter and banana open face? Make it on GG's. Your want a fully loaded Turkey Sandwich? make it on GG's. The options are endless! I eat a minimum of 4 GG crackers a day and not only have I lost the post-wedding weight, but I also lost even more than that and I am in the best shape and size I have ever been in. Obviously, some other changes were made as well in what I eat and don't eat but I definitely accredit majority of my weight loss and balanced eating to my daily consumption of GG crackers. It is the perfect base for ANY TOPPING at ANY MEAL and helps you feel like you can still eat all those delicious foods you love while losing or maintaining a healthy and balanced weight and lifestyle!

I love these! I started eating these about 5 years ago when I found out I had high cholesterol, and refused to take medication to Band-Aid the issue. I sought out a nutritionist, with no help or guidance from my former doctor, and she suggested that I start eating clean and add more fiber. We created a new eating lifestyle based off of the F-Factor diet. I was eating 4 of these crackers a day. Within the first month I had dropped 10 lbs., 5 inches from my belly area, and I felt great. It took me just 8 weeks to get my cholesterol into the awesome range. I have kept up the lifestyle and now wear a smaller size than I did in high school!They do take some getting used to. Don't be turned off when you first try them. They are dry, and by themselves taste horrid. You have to add toppings.Here are a few ways I like to top them :Mix a little cream cheese with powered sugar. Spread n top, and then sprinkle with cinnamon.Laughing cow cheese and raspberries or strawberriesPeanut, cashew, or almond butter with sugar free jam, bananas or apples and chocolate chips, or just mashed up berriesMarinara, cheese, and turkey pepperoni (microwave for about 1 minute until cheese has melted)Salsa, scrambled egg, bacon or ham, and cheeseHummus and bell pepper or cucumber slicesI also like to break them up into small pieces and use them as croutons on my salad.
