Gamdias ARES 7 Color ESSENTICAL Combo with 7 Color Backlight, 11 Multimedia Keys and EREBOS LED Optical Gaming Mouse (GKC6001)

I can't believe the quality to price. I don't know how good it will be long term but my first impressions are that of a very high quality keyboard/mouse combo. Looks beautiful and feels silky smooth. Played my first action RPG and it handled great. It may not be a high-end gaming keyboard but for a casual gamer like myself, I am very pleased. I'm so glad I didn't dish out for an expensive combo. A+

This is a great keyboard for gaming, as well as typing. It shipped fast and was not damaged. The reason i gave this product a 4 star, is because the keys did not give the tactile click noise i was looking for. I read somewhere it had cherry mx blue switches, which give a nice tactile click, but, these do not, and i don't think you can pop the key caps off either, but overall a great purchase.

Luckily I purchased a different mouse at the same time, because even though this is marketed as a combo keyboard + mouse, the only thing I received was a keyboard. Colors look great, clicky keys are great and I’m excited to use it!

Still using it till this day, it's quiet, it's smooth, it's a bit wonky sometimes when you accidentally activate game mode on, which isn't necessary or ever used for me. It's just a great keyboard to use, easy to clean up as well, has a nice sublte lighting.

First of all I just want to say that the mouse worked beautifully and that everything was working as intended straight out the box. However after continued use of the keyboard it was unable to type the @ sign and any symbols that required you to press shift and an accompanying key to type.P.S. the mouse is still working and I would recommend getting it.

A good keyboard, works perfect and has many interesting functions, to start this very well.

This keyboard is amazing, I'm using it right now, I've had it for two months now and I have had no problems. Some of the keys are weirdly placed but you get used to it. I definitely recommend this keyboard and mouse to beginners or someone who doesn't want to spend 80-100 dollars on only a keyboard.

The mouse is okay. They keyboard has numerous problems. The keys feel too steep, even with the keyboard banked up. The gaming hotkeys are inconvenient to use because they require the Function key, which is on the right side of the keyboard. I'd have to stretch my left thumb over to that to hit it (or take my right hand off the mouse), and that's not convenient. They slipped in an extra key in between ' and Enter, and that makes hitting Enter for chatting in MMOs uncomfortable. My biggest gripe, though, is the backlight: none of the key labels are backlit at all, so the backlight is entirely cosmetic (all that's lit up are the silhouettes of keys). In other words, this keyboard is almost as useless in the dark as a traditional keyboard. Now, they do give you tons of nice options for your cosmetic backlight, like color, brightness, and pulsing, but that's sort of a waste when the backlight fails in its primary function.

Las letras de las teclas no son transparentes, por lo que el backlit solo te ayuda a distinguir los límites de las teclas. Es bastante alto el teclado y por ende no permite una buena posición. En cuanto a lo demás diría que está bien. Las teclas son suaves y con un buen tacto. En cuanto al mouse no tengo quejas hasta el momento.

Well, where do I start?To be honest, at this price you can't really be expecting alot. So, my review is gonna be based on the fact that its a budget deal.The Keyboard feels great. The colors are bright enough.You have certain key combos which will help you change its color, switch to breath effect or adjust the brightness of the colors.It is quite responsive but the typing experience is not upto the mark. The keys feel mushy and the space bar, is just so unresponsive at times.Coming to the Mouse, its got great looks. The programmable buttons to the left help in having more control over the games but then even this gets unresponsive at times and I end up losing.Well, at this price, you shouldn't be expecting alot and if you could increase your budget a bit then you should go for the RedDragon.Hope this was helpful. For what you pay, this is a really decent keyboard. You can either cycle through different colours or pick any 1 of 7 and adjust the brightness. The mouse lets you cycle between 3 different sensitivity settings and is also RGB lit.I only have 2 issues:1. You can't have a stationary colour for the mouse, it only cycles.2. The keys don't let light through, so it defeats the purpose of having it backlit. If anyone can recommend me keys for this let me know.
