Polk Signature Elite ES15 Surround Sound Speakers - Hi-Res Audio Certified, Dolby Atmos & DTS:X Compatible, 1" Tweeter & 4" Woofer, Power Port Technology for Bass (Pair, Stunning Black)

Had my eye on these for a long time. Had a pair of Polk rti4's for many years till I played them so loud one night I blew the voice coils. I replaced those with some Nuemi bs5's. For a little over a hundred dollars they are great speakers that punch well above their price. However when I finally caught these Polk es15's used/returned at a price direct from from the Amazon warehouse I couldn't ignore I took the chance. They are brand new though. Never been unboxed, I couldn't believe it. Even at full price they would be worth it. I listen to a lot of different genres of music, some on vinyl, some CD's, and digital copies/streaming. Everything sounds great. Clean, precise, full, and dynamic. Intrument seperation and stereo stage is very wide and detailed. Bass is well defined and tight. Mids are smooth and not too forward. Highs are clean and crisp without being sibilant or fatigueing. Cabinets are very well made and heavier than you would think. Very well built.

So I ordered a new pair and an Amazon “refurbished” pair. I’m leaving 5 stars because I don’t want this review to negatively impact an EXCELLENT set of speakers. Polk has really stepped up their speaker game again and it’s refreshing to see. BUT, The refurbished pair came in the correct box, but inside was a set of T15’s and NOT the ES15’s as ordered, (see pic). The new pair ordered arrived as described, so I’m able to rate them 5 stars. The highs are crisp and while I’m in a 7.2.4 set up, I cannot comment on the base response as I’m crossed over at 80hz to the dual subs, but the to front presence ES15’s have a fantastic build quality, sound great and look fantastic, (as opposed to say KEF’s which sound great too, but look boring af). Oh and these ES15’s compliment the ES35 Center beautifully as well. I’ll be returning these refurbed ones back and when I get refunded, intend to (without hesitation) will purchase another set for rear surrounds, but NEW this time! BTW, I’m replacing my 17yr old Bose AM16 system with these Polks and feel like I have significantly upgraded my surround system, even though those Bose sounded great still, I got an Rx-A8A and felt like a speaker upgrade was in order too. I have ZERO regret on these so far, although I did opt for Klipsch 12swi subs, (which are awesome too)! If I didn’t purchase KEF Q950’s for fronts before, I would seriously have taken a second look at Elite Polk towers. Keep it coming Polk! Affordable, quality and beauty, what a recipe!!

O bought the ES15. Superb! Best quality, sound and aesthetic. Nice size. I use them with my Onkyo amplifier and combine with other Polk subwoofer. No brainier option.

I got these with a Polk ES8 subwoofer for my 200sqft bachelor quarters and I have to say these sound amazing. The level of clarity is nice as well as the bass. Honestly surprised my neighbors haven’t complained. I don’t have to turn it up loud. So zero distortion, quality is superb. As for the cost, I don’t think you can find anything much better than these for the price. Setup was simple. I went with high end wires with banana clips. Plug and play setup with a Fosi Audio amp and preamp.

I purchased a 5.1 system from Polk: ES15 bookshelf speakers, ES10 Surround speakers, TL1 center speaker, and a PSW10 subwoofer. It replaced a Cambridge Soundworks set of speakers. I have had these for a couple years now. I'm not an audiophile but I find the clarity and range of the speakers to be great. They were very reasonably priced and the sub-woofer in particular performed well. I am driving them with a pretty basic Sony receiver (STRDH790) and it just works. An especially loud shoutout for Polk's service. I had an issue with my sub-woofer and they worked with me and made it right very quickly. I highly recommend the Polk products and the Polk company.

Beautiful speakers. They sound amazing. Bought them for my son after I got him an old school 80s Sanyo amp. Good bass for their size. Very clear when cranked up.

High quality bookshelf speakers. Paired with my Fosi Audio BT20a pro they produce a deep natural sound. Build quality is second to none. Would purchase again in a heart beat.

Exelentes bafles materiales de calidad y el audio muy bueno los medios y agudos son claros, los bajos los da con una gran calidad sin ser molestos y sin ocultar los tonos agudos y medios son de tamaño regular lo suerte ayuda para tenerlos en espacios pequeños los recomiendo Ampliamente
