This product can brighten your spirit when you need to wear a caste on your arm, making it a value for the money. I love the color I choose but there are several other choices to suit every taste. It washes well, fabric has a nice quality. It doesn’t improve the physical comfort of caste wearing, just improves the appearance.

My 8 year transitioned from a cast to a wrist splint but the Velcro was catching on her clothing, blankets etc causing snags in fabrics. Ordered the size small and it works well over her 10 inch long wrist splint.

My son had recent wrist (scaphoid) surgery and will be in a cast for 3 months. Right after surgery, he had a half cast with bandaging and an ace wrap, and the large size fit well. It held the ace wrap in place nicely and kept everything clean. After having the full cast placed a couple weeks later, the large size was too big. His cast measured 12 inches around, so it fell between the large and medium. We ordered 2 of the mediums with high hopes of them fitting well. Unfortunately the mediums were way too small. Sent the mediums back and will keep the one large and make it work.

Used over a post operative splint to help keep it clean and intact. Fit well, and looks cool.

These could be a bit stretchier. I bought a large, that was too big so I ordered a medium and we could barely get it to stretch over the cast without my own fingers getting trapped to shimmy it up my daughter's cast. Pulling it off the cast, the cast material snags the seams of the cover, damaging the cover. We tried rolling the cover off to avoid snags... nope the cast still grabs the material.

Will return this. Purchased as 2 to a pack. They came on different days. The first to arrive was plain black as ordered and is great. Fits over my splint. The second has a lacy look but not the color has displayed and has NO stretch to it. This will not fit over my splint. Is made of a different fabric. What a total ripoff.

After receiving this cast cover, I was so excited! I had CMC joint surgery on my thumb and have had difficulty finding a cast cover to fit. This one in size small fits just about 4 inches below my wrist. So many of the other cast covers come almost all the way up to the elbow and they're also way too big on the cast leaving wrinkles. This is definitely worth the extra money! I have tried four others and ended up returning them. Even though it was more expensive, i actually went and ordered a second. I highly recommend this item as it is also nice and snug on the cast.
