LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! Other than a blemish by the volume/power key (which doesn't bother me bc I use a case), the phone looks new!

I loved this phone when it first came out,, I went a head and purchades two of these. I haven't even had them a month, the screen turned off and will not turn back on. There is no flaws, drops, cracks or anything. I am very disappointed. I have reached out to the suppliers and they will not return my emails what so ever. Every morning at 4am an alarm goes off on this phone and i can not turn it off due to the screen.i want a refund!!! update!! i got the phones around the end of febuary. currently BOTH phones will be sent back. the first one the screen turned black but all notifications still work on it even with the screen black. the second phone kept acting funny like someone was pushing buttons to freeze it up on the charger but i wasnt using it. I finally restarted the phone and tried to log back in and now my pin number wont work. these phones were amazing when i first got them in like 2020/ i have NO clue what is goin on right now with these phone and the customer service but i am very disappointed and want a refund both phones will be shipped back today!

Station ReQuip is the best! I have bought phones from other sellers in the past and I have bought from Stalion ReQuip at least three times. By far the best customer service, most reliable products and fair prices. I will definitely buy from them again on the future. This company values their customers. That's pretty nice these days when it seems not many retailers do.

This is by no means a long term review and more like my initial observations. First of all, the phone arrived quickly and safely due to the requirement of a code to receive the package. This may seem inconvenient but actually protects us as buyers and also the seller. The phone came packaged in a generic box, but it was neatly packed with a USB A to USB C cable and a cheap charging brick which surprised me. The phone didn't have that "brand new" shine to it, but it looked new enough. There were no scratches or blemishes that I could find. After about and hour, I thought I detected a large horizontal scratch across the screen from a certain angle, but after unnecessarily peeling off the screen protector, I found the screen to be flawless. I was able to set this phone up with ESim on my Visible account in minutes and this phone is lightning fast with decent battery life. I used it hard for 8 straight hours just to be sure it would survive my typical work day. So far, I'll have to say that this is one of the best phones you can buy for around $400.

LCD screen failed after about 3 months and started to just glow green with green stripes at times. Tried to work with the seller rectify but their customer support was horrible and denied refurbishing the phone with a cheap after market LCD that's known to fail. Had to take it to a mobile phone repair store and spend even more money to retrieve and then delete my data off of the phone. The technician was able to guess, without me providing any information or context, that the phone had been refurbished. He told me that it was clearly a poorly done refurbishment job with loose parts barely held together once the phone case was sealed. Buy from this seller at your own risk as I might as well have just flushed money down the toilet!

The Samsung S21 Ultra 5G is an excellent phone with a great camera and great battery life. It’s larger than I wanted but most phones are now. The learning curve was a little difficult as my previous phone was 6 or 7 years old but once I got it, I’ve liked most of their changes. The fact that it’s unlocked has stood me in good stead as everyone gutted their LTE 4G capacity in favor of 5G. I’m on my third phone company in search of reception.

I bought the refurbished S21 Ultra and it looked fine on the surface, no scratches anywhere. However, the back of the device was lifting from the chassis as if the battery had swelled or there was a repair that wasn't done correctly. I can say that the device had excellent battery life for it's age. I ended up sending the device back in about a week or so for a refund.
