Can you add this after you have planted or does it need to be mixed in with the soil before planting?

Well, when I remember to, I'll mix it as I plant. But, mostly I add it after I've planted. Either way, this product performs well.

Do you have to dissolve this fertilizer in water to use it?

No. You just put the appropriate measure of fertilizer into the planting hole or container and mix it into the soil a bit. Watering afterwards is best. This fertilizer has given me good results with my veggies and isn't a mess to use.

Where can I safely store this product? I would like to put it in the garage. Will the heat ruin it? It is away from light and moisture.

Although I don't really know if the heat from the garage will alter the effectiveness, I would hope that you could store it away from moisture and extremes of heat and cold. My product is stored inside a ziplock bag on a shelf in my utility room in my house, which works well for me.
