Never ever buy this desi jugaad. Low quality powder coating burned off and colour started melting in first heating cycle and my well ventilated home was filled with colour burning smell and smoke. Tandoor doesn’t have any insulation as claimed in discription. All sides becomes so hot that they started claiming that you can make chapati on surface. Inside aluminum tray got bend due to overheating in 2-3 use. After 4-5 use, element terminal cable got burned. So I have fixed it, as I have some knowledge. Kitchen platform becomes too hot to touch, even it has 4 inch rubber legs. My friend has another company tandoor and it had same issue so I bought from different company. But design and quality is similar like they all comes from same manufacturing unit with different branding labels. My another friend has Glen, which has good outer build quality, but roti and naan becomes papad like due to 1100 W. But seems all JUGAAD tandoor sold online are same or similar and seems people from Delhi started making after seeing each other’s tandoor with very low quality material. Summery: All Jugaad tandoor are of same quality. Wait till some good company make it.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. Despite being used for only 5 days, one of the heating coils got damaged after just 2 hours of continuous usage. The design is flawed, with most of the heat being dissipated through the outer body, because there is no proper thermal insulation resulting in significant energy wastage. The current consumption of 11 amps is acceptable, but the inefficient heat insulation is not accepted The lack of proper thermal insulation inside machine causes as the outer body becomes extremely hot, making it impossible to touch after cooking. Considering the poor quality of body fittings and the overall performance, I believe this product is overpriced at ₹3200. This equipment worth price would be ₹1500 only. so i returned back this product & I recommend to considering an oven instead.

I have been looking for electric tandoor for quite some time. I have gone through all tandoor available on shopping website including individual manufacturer. Finally, my journey comes to an end on BrightBerg. It has both timer and temperature controller. Unlike, other seller who claims their product to have both but missing timer - when you receive their product. Without timer its like riding bike without brake - you have to be cautious all the time. Thrice i returned a product ad its not maching with its description. Seller is a nice person. He shared photograph of the product before dispatching it. I tried Pizza - from Atta, this weekend and it was fantastic.
