The shampoo arrived in a timely manner. The fragrance in nice without being over powering. The quality is good, has a good lather, and cleans well. Used in spa setting.

The shampoo, body wash and conditioners all smell great and are priced reasonably. Our hotel guests love the whole set of products.

I don't use any chemical weapons on my waist length hair, but have been having abnormal breakage for a while now. Expensive specialized shampoos have only been making it worse. I decided to try this because of it being sulfate free and hence reduce the breakage. I purchased the conditioner as well and have already noticed a significant reduction in the amount of breakage. Also, it removed the coconut oil from my hair with a single shampoo and condition. I usually have to rinse and repeat with both to get all the oil out. I'm very impressed and plan on trying out the other scents as well. It lathers nicely and smells very pleasant but doesn't leave any lingering smell in your hair. Just nice and clean. My hair is finally on the road to recovery and feels great. I'm not sure, but I suspect that it would strip hair color. Just the nature of some of the natural oils in it.

Delivery was fast, and it seems to provide a good shampoo. I used Paul M for years, but can’t really tell much difference.

Suds up good. I have no complaints. Nice smell. My oily hair is squeaky clean using this product. Highly recommend

I’ve use half a gallon by itself and it smells good and I was happy to have a citrus and fruity smell. It does the job but not for long. I can wash my hair one day but by the second day my hair looks very greasy. The shampoo is also quite thin…I started using a higher quality shampoo for one lather and then this shampoo for the second lather and it’s a much better experience…by itself it’s not the best shampoo but paired with a better quality shampoo it can extend the life of the shampoo when paired with anotherMy experience everyone is different

At first, I was so happy with my purchase! The citrus scent is so delicious and sticks around. However, after using the product for about two weeks, i noticed that the skin behind my ears began to itch constantly. To my horror, the skin direcrly behind my ear became so irritated and broke out into a red bumpy rash on both sides. My scalp had also began flaking and was itchy. I suspected the shampoo and conditioner so i stopped use and began using the other products i had been using before. Within about a week and a half, my skin had begun healing and the rash was nearly gone. To be sure, I reused this shampoo and conditioner and immediately.my scalp began to burn slightly and the rash reappeared. I have slightly sensitive skin but ive never had issues like this from any other product. Sad to say, this definitely doesnt work for me. Just be careful.
