Q: Do these fit as low on hips as pictures and not at natural waist?

I bought them assuming they came to the waist as pictured. What I found is that they appeared to be made for the male rump. To answer you , for me they fit even lower on the hip than pictured.

There is a size chart you can reference on amazon based on your measurements I have a medium I am a small based on size but I bought a medium and they fit fine. I think they run small.
