Weird sound from motor after 8 months
Worked great for 8 months. All of a sudden the motor is making an odd noise. I took it apart to clean any dust or hair and can’t figure out how to fix it. It’s coming from the motor. I can’t figure out how to contact seller for troubleshooting

Great products, works as intended
My first treadmill came defective. However, the customer service I experienced was unbelievable! They answered emails right away, sent me a prepaid shipping label to return my defective one, and sent me a brand new one!

Belt shifting to the left
I bought this treadmill secondhand and the belt keeps shifting to the left after less than 5 minutes of walking. Does anyone have any suggestions or the manual to offer assistance to stop this from happening?
