I love this because I like a 10oz hot coffee on my way to work and I’m a weirdo that likes to only drink it out of a mug with a handle. I picked this mug because it looked like it would sit in a car cup holder. It’s a tad snug but it fits! Hits all my asks for a travel mug. Love it so much I might buy another one.

I like the cup. It definitely keeps my coffee hot for an hour. The lid helps. However, there is a problem with the lid. The slider is too loose, and it covers the drinking opening by itself whenever the cup is moved (like pick-it-up, put-it-down moved). This sliding is very inconvenient. The wood grain looks a bit fake, but I guess I should have expected that.

Bought this as a gift and my grandpa loves it to this day!!

This mug keeps coffee hot longer than any otnher "insulated" mug I've used. However, it tips over, spilling hot coffee, much easier than any other mug I've used. If only it had a wider base, it might get 5 stars from me.

I bought the product thinking the cover will be sealed - it’s not.The cover is not really closed until the end, so if you want to drink you need to move away the cover every time, otherwise you’ll spill the drink all over you (found out about it after whole cup of ice coffee was spilled all over me. FunWhen I talked with their customer service, they said it’s not suppose to be sealed and refused to give me a refund. Strongly don’t recommend.

It looks nice but the center of gravity is awful due to the heavy handle so when it is empty it falls over very easily, or when there is a small amount of liquid it can fall over and spill, I.E. Hot coffee all over my lap. So think twice about purchasing it if you are going to have hot drinks in it.
