Don't touch Swell Pro products
The unit was shipped with loose screw in the controller and I have been trying to get a simple replacement part to fix the defect and Swell Pro service is just horrible. After months of trying to repair the unit, they now offer to send a new part for $30, after spending $3,500, simply amazing.The release unit does not work, same thing with Swell Pro service, they just refuse to ship or repair.Don't touch products that are not supported by reliable company.
