Unusable without the CD
You cannot use this book without the CD. It does not come with the CD, nor can you buy it. The exercises are based on excerpts from the CD.

Not what it appears to be.
This is merely the workbook for the much more expensive textbook and audio series, not included. It's pretty worthless without them.
