One of the simplest things I use to release tension and knots in my back. I use it at least once a week. I've owned foam rollers before but this design helps apply more pressure around the spine, where I need it and I like how small it is.

I like that this foam roller is very sturdy and easy to use. I simply align my spine with the middle part and lay down slowly. I have to use a pillow to lay my head on. It does a great job stretching my back. My only reason for giving this 4 and not 5 stars is the foam roller is not soft, it's very hard and the different grooves can sometimes dig into your back muscles and it can hurt, but I simply move a little and I'm ok. I do recommend this product, it's a great product to have!

I feel like it's good because it's smaller than regular sized foam rollers and can reach different areas, but it also seems too small and can be difficult to use. It's okay and I use it regularly but I wouldn't say it's as good as the regular sized 6 inch larger rollers

I sit at a desk all day and was having a lot of upper back pain - every time I went to the chiropractor, I had ribs out. He suggested I get a back foam roller and this little powerhouse was a game changer. I roll on it in the morning before work and again before bed, and I can feel (and hear) my back and ribs popping back into place. It has certainly saved me a lot of money and time on extra chiro and massage visits!

Age 30 and older? Buy this. Life changing truly. Makes me feel like I could maybe get down like I have Megan’s knees and shake back side for multiple days

Got this for my husband because he has a bad back.When he used it it seemed to make him feel better. However every time he used it it left bruises and imprints from the grooves, to the point that I had to tell him to stop using it.Quality was very cheap and light weight, like something you can use as a flotation device.Did help my cat while he was teething, he bit the crap out of this thing. So I guess we did get a use of it.
