First impressions: Instruction pamphlet is written in broken English and is virtually useless, so don’t even bother to open it. The battery took about 45 minutes to charge; not bad. It’s a snug fit in the tool but was reasonably easy to release. The multi speed trigger was responsive and worked well in forward and reverse. The smart control panel on the base of the tool is difficult to read because the print is very small. When the tool is in forward (tighten) mode, you can adjust to 20%, 50%, or 100% by pressing the button on the smart control panel. Each setting limits the maximum RPM speed and torque. When the tool is in the reverse (loosen) mode, it has 1 speed. If you press the button on the smart control panel it will activate the reverse stop mode. This is designed to stop rotation when the nut is free.I used this tool to replace the blade holder and blade on my Honda HRX217. It did a good job. I also used it to remove blades on our little John Deere tractor and to loosen lug nuts on my car. It works just fine.Initially, I purchased a Makita XWT08Z because I have several 18v Makita tools and batteries. But it was very heavy, way overkill, and expensive. This would have been a great choice back in the day when I did a lot of my own car repairs. But I don’t need that kind of tool anymore.The AOBEN ½” Impact Wrench looks and feels like an inexpensive, light duty impact wrench. But if that’s all you need, this is a good deal at $95.

I bought this as a gift from my 80 year old father. He absolutely loves it. He says it has a lot of torque and was worth every dollar

I do a fair amount of automotive repair as a side business. My Craftsman Impact is a little lackluster and now finally has weak batteries, so instead of buying replacement batteries I figured I would shop for a whole new impact wrench. I already own the Aoben cordless power ratchet and it has entirely changed the game, paying for itself in the first repair (insanely strong with exceptional battery life). If this new impact comes even close to the quality of the Aoben power ratchet, it will be something to brag about.Out of the box and not even charging the battery, this new wrench smacks so much harder than the Craftsman C3. Even when new with a fully charged battery, the Craftsman seriously struggled to loosen basic passenger car lug nuts even though it is rated at 300 ft-lb of torque. This Aoben absolutely rips lug nuts right off, and I cannot wait to try it on a heavy suspension job. Aside from being much stronger, it is also lighter and more compact, making repairs just that much easier. I love that is has a power indicator with 3 different RPM top-speeds while still retaining the ability to throttle the trigger. This is helpful when seating fasteners before the final tightening with a torque wrench. The belt clip is also optional, so I am glad I do not have to have it attached, as I will never use it. The only thing I need for this tool is another battery, though the life of the one it comes with should last pretty long. It’s price point for the performance simply cannot be beaten, and I just cannot recommend this wrench enough. If for some odd reason things change, I will update this review. Buy it now and don’t look back!

Works as described. Great value for occasional use to swap wheels

This impact easily takes lug nuts off car which is primary reason for purchase. The price made it too good to pass up. The build quality is questionable - the battery does not snap in very well and the charger is not the best design. However, it has worked when I have needed it. Time will tell how it holds up with use.

Have no idea why but my first review of this item was rejected by Amazon. I’d included the video as well as a 5 star review but for some reason they said “no” so I’m reviewing without the video.I got this impact wrench because I’m going tot have to do my front brakes on my Honda Pilot, which means undoing and tightening 10 lug nuts. With my elbow tendinitis I thought this might help over just a wheel lug nut wrench that Honda supplies which has almost no leverage because it’s so short. I ordered this item over other s8milar ones because this one came with the 22mm socket for my Pilot that some of the others didn’t have. It also came with a 21V 5ah battery and charger. First off, even with the heavy duty torque described in the product description, this wrench could not take off my lug nuts. I can’t really fault the wrench because I don’t know how tight the previous owner had tightened them but he had gone to town on overtightening them. I know of people who will tighten these Lugnuts by actually standing on the end of the manual lug nut wrench And exerting over double the recommended torque reading. So I had to use my manual torque wrench to actually loosen all of the front wheel lug nuts. After loosening them I was able to use this wrench to take off all 10 in under three minutes. Putting them back on was just as easy. At the end I used my manual torque wrench to tighten them to the recommended foot pounds.This impact drill wrench has a setting on the battery for the amount of torque it produces. It has up to three levels, the third obviously being the highest torque. But even at that I was initially unable to loosen Them. After I put the Lugnuts on the recommended reading at 94 foot pounds for my 2016 pilot I was able to use the wrench in reverse to take the nuts off. So at the very least I know that at the recommended foot pounds, this impact drill wrench can takeoff Lugnuts on my car.The item comes with a total of 6 different sockets and includes the 19 and 22 mm for the three cars I have, including the CRV and Hyundai Santa Fe. The full charge was able to deal with both my front wheels and still have 2/3 battery life left over. More importantly, it saved my elbow.

Works very well for changing your summer to winter tires

Works well and has loads of power

Tried it for the first time today. Very happy with it . Not for professionals but does a good job for my occasional use. Adjustable power and auto-stop reverse .
