Great product
Great product, allows you to do a wide range in exercises. The cable crunches are great, I am 6.1 and the bench fits me perfectly. The bench is sturdy, can easily use the bench for dips with no movement.Cons: Was quite difficult to assemble due to instructions and fixings were loose in the packaging.

Good value.
After some research I reckon this is the best value for money. My grandson is happy with his birthday present. Seems sturdy and robust enough was easy to assemble. No parts missing.

Too low down for the leg curl part

Poor build instructions
Erecting this equipment from the instructions provided is not a easy task at all. If you struggle with flat packs you will struggle here.Once built the item is pretty good really, all parts where there no problem with that, not like my other equipment from Ebay. I'll stick to amazon from now on.I'm a engineer, so your average Joe will get very annoyed when they see the inadequate instructions for this item.

Questionable product with even more questionable dimensions!!!
Well, where do I start!Checked product reviews, all seemed to be well and good apart from your odd not so chuffed reviewer.Decided to order this as a birthday present to start a home gym build for my kids, as one has odells of energy to burn and another is serious about his sport and fitness with the 3rd not so active willing to follow her older siblings so’s not to feel left out. After a woeful start with lack and questionable communication on delivery from the seller, the first boxes arrived on an eventual day suggested. Slightly confused this was only two small boxes of parts, after opening and checking I messaged the seller through Amazon to get an expected delivery date for the remaining boxes. Not surprising after the woeful start to have no response.Eventually some days later and luckily working from home that day I had a knock at the door. When I come to put the product together carefully opening the marginally battered bigger boxes, I found some plastic end caps fitted and some provided in a bag. The majority of those fitted were broken (surprise surprise). Despite again the woeful instructs and being an engineer by trade, it was relatively simple to figure out how to put the thing together, don’t expect it to be this way for you!During assembly gave me a closer look at the product quality which felt in the hands mediocre at best, built from thin box section with a rather thin, low sheen paint/powder coat finish, I suspect the box section steel was not the quality quoted in the product description.Anyway due to the cost of the product in relation to others on the market, I was not to bothered by the overall quality although after fully assembly if you plan to move the bench around it does flex considerably so don’t expect it to hold the suggested weight under regular use. You ain’t going to train like Eddy Hall on this product!Once assembled I introduce the kids to each function of the machine. On demonstration to only find the dimensions of the machine completely out of sync for any sort of normal human being. Whilst you have adjust ment on the barbell press supports, for an average size adult with anything to and average width grip or wide grip you have no chance. Onto the chest/low fly press arms, I’m not sure who these were designed for but due to the dimensions and position even my kids can’t get any sensible use out of these. The only thing they are useful for is as a safety bar for the kids doing chest presses. If you have a deep stretch in the lower part of your chest press I would suggest you remove these as they interfere. The bench seat itself is useful with the multi adjustment but again I don’t know who figured out where the holes were to be drilled for the angles to set the back rest at but something isn’t right.Onwards to the leg raise attachment, again not sure where the designer got there leg dimensions from but pretty useless to be of benefit. The preacher curl attachment is okey, but wouldn’t of made a difference with the overall servility of the product for a normal shaped and sized human-being if they had built this into the leg curl attachment. At the rear of the bench behind the supports for you barbell is two dip handles, I still can’t phantom out the dimension as this is okey if you are as strong as Arny with the wide press position, but for newbies you have no chance, especially as these are a set height with no adjustment. I’m 5ft 7 and value my shins. Which brings me into the stubs of box section sticking up from the back support frame of the bench.Someone who is clearly more intelligent than I am please tell me purpose they serve other than to store you barbells to only getting the way!It you an oddly shaped midget with really short arms that stretch with long thighs and short calf’s have at it.Otherwise save your money or look at pricier more mainstream products. If you got this far in the product review well done, you certainly play better attention than the seller, which is another good reason to buy an alternative product. If you want my two pence worth, judging by getting this far in the review you probably do, buy a cable machine or power cage instead. Thanks for you attention, I hope you have found this review helpful. Because if you do buy don’t expect anything from the seller. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Don't bother
Having assembled several items of this type over the years that wasn't too bad considering the very poor instructions, however, the item itself I am extremely disappointed with. The dip station is far too wide for me (I'm 5'9), the leg and arm exercise parts are so poorly designed they're not really usable. I took them off and have been using this as a bench press only, which for the money isn't great value. The first one delivered, the seat wasn't drilled correctly - there were two holes in the middle instead of two on each side. When the replacement came and I fitted it, the seat and torso supports do not line up and there's a fairly large gap between the two so when you get on there to do bench press your butt gets wedged between them, which means you have to shuffle around and can end up with bad form on the lift. The vendor does not ship individual parts so they had to deliver a whole new one. I had to store the large boxes whilst I waited for them to be collected a few days later having taken one small piece out of the box, which is crazy considering the weight of the item!I want to send this back, but I'll have to take it all to pieces again and box it up. I probably will because this was a waste of money and not fit for purpose. I'll update if I have any issues with the return.
