Polaris ATV Replacement Shock Bushings - Made In USA - 7041770 (4 pieces) Extension Depot

After being to by the Polaris dealer that the shock bushings were not available as a separate part, I searched Amazon and found these bushings, they fit perfectly!!! You will have to remove the factory metal sleeve, but the factory shock bolt fits perfectly. Absolutely pleased with the fit and finish.

Went in with light pressure and was a perfect fit for my 2000 sportsman 500.

Replaced rear shock bushings on my 2000 polaris sportsman 500. Fit great.

The old bushings were blown to pieces and this did fit the shocks good, time still has to tell but was easy to install and much cheaper than new Polaris shocks. The bushings are made out of a hard plastic which I would think would wear out but on a half a dozen aggressive trail rides they've held up well.

the original bushings on my 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 were completely blown out so I bought these. The originals have a metal sleeve in the center that the mounting bolt goes through, resulting in a thinner bushing. These bushings eliminate the need for the inner sleeve, resulting in a thicker bushing. In theory, they should last longer. Just installed today with ease, and have not put them to the test yet, however, I expect good results. so far I would recommend.
