I've committed to doing daily core exercises because I have a bad back. Every other day I do stuff like planks, dead big, etc but I wanted a faster way to exercise my core for the off days. I've been using this for about a month now, it was super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy with the two wheels side by side. It is a really great and fast core workout. I wouldn't use this right off the bat unless you already have some core strength though, or be very careful. Or you could fall on your face and/or strain something.

Was extremely easy and straightforward to assemble. Came with a lot of bonus items too. Works well. I’ve been using it regularly and this an exercise truly helps build my a muscles and assists in relieving back pain.

Pretty durable product with a nice feel to it. Provides a nice workout for the abs and has plenty of other uses. Resistance bands also are a great addition!

So I bought this to train my abs and it came with a jump rope which I use a lot and these weird as balls which end up being some sorta grip exercise, tbh idk what they are but I like throwing them. The ab roller itself is super steady and has good grip, I thought the removable handles would suck but they don't suck, they are tightttt on the thing and makes the whole thing professional. 10/10 would eat again.
