I bought the product because of topfill, honestly its good one with sufficient water capacity plus easy to fill the water. Unfortunately my experience was not good because the silicon came out ALand caused the leakage but upon my review the seller has immediately contacted me and offered a new one or refund. As i bought new one so they refunded me immediately.Product can break or become faulty but its the service which makes them successful. Thanks to the seller for the prompt response and solving my problem.

The item was working very fine for 2 straight days by the 3rd day i felt bad it started switching off itself. Changed the location several time were plug it in and tried straightening the cable and still the same. Can someone share where can I reach the supplier.

I love this Humidifier! It is transperant where you can always see the water level. You can fill it from the top and no need to carry it to fill it. It has good level mist. It lasted 21 hours on full level of 3.5 litre using highest level mist!!! It shuts off automatically when water runs out. Great overall and very cheap comparing to others!

Received quick and in time. Air humidifier works great and straight forward, got some simple functions like timer and etc.Made of cheap plastic, but this is suffice for the needs.

I bought this humidifier twice already. Very satisfied with the product. Easy to refill water from the top. 3L of water last very long time. Adjustable mist level is perfect, usually I use low level mist only. It's also quiet to use in the bedroom. 2h/4h/6h/8h timer is very useful too. Been using it for months, Perfect humidifier so far

Everything is ok with this humidifier except that after a month of use it is not working. When we're turning it on its beeping. We would want to get a replacement

The water tank snapped from its' base.. The silicone that holds them together is not that strong.. Now I am unable to use the humidifier cos the water tank has some cracks at the bottom due to the snap. I am really sad that it just had been a few days and the humidifier is now useless..Yet, on a positive note, the after sales customer service is great. Maya reached out to me to convey apologies for the unfortunate experience and right away issued a refund for it. Maya has been very responsive and assistive.. I am still waiting for the refund though; Amazon confirmed it is initiated and I shall receive it in a few days.

This product quality is a joke for the price you pay. It is the same quality as a 40 AED Chinese humidifier. On the first day it leaked because the center stem was broken (perhaps due to shipping). I am glad I was able to return it. It is fine but for the price they are asking it’s not.
