They work better than my old ones!
These are great quality pedals for recreational use. They are solid under your feet but are also setup to release easily when it's time to stop. The threads are standard size found on most bikes. Be sure and grease the pedal threads lightly before screwing them in. This will make later removal so much easier.

Great price - great product
Perfect fit for both shoes and pedals, easy install and identical to Shimano version for way less. Used this cleat multiple times without issue and would highly recommend

Broke After Less than 2 Months of Normal Use: Update! They Contacted Me and Sent a Replacement
I installed this only once and torqued it to spec. The bolt heads strip very easily. Also, the rectangular washer snapped (see photo) under normal use.UPDATE: Thinvik proactively contacted me about this issue, refunded my purchase, and sent me a free trial for a newer version as a replacement to “make it right for you.” That was a very welcomed customer service move! I upgraded it from 1 star to 4.They messaged me that they are working on improving the quality of the product but that manufacturing defects sometimes happen that are out of their control. The responsiveness and concern of Thinvik was impressive. I will give their cleats another honest try!

Great cleats
They work well with no play in them and I don’t have to worry about clicking in or out of them.

These suck
Not nearly as good as Shimano. The plastic is too soft and therefore they do not unclip well, I cycle a very lot and I almost fell over when they failed to unclip. Even the bolts are substandard and start to strip while applying the required torque for unclipping. Do not buy this crap

Durable.
Have held up better than shimano version or several other versions. Walked a mile in rough gravel today and they still are serviceable.

I never thought a simple cleat could be this bad! * * * * DANGEROUS * * * *
PLEASE AVOID THESE CLEATS - THEY ARE DANGEROUS!I have cycled for over 50 years using shimano cleats (and others) for the last 25. I recently purchased these Shimano look-a-like cleats as I had a bad crash after my old Shimano brand cleats had worn down to the point where I slipped out inadvertently. Mind the original cleats were probably 10 years old and in need of replacement. The result of my crash was road rash up the leg, knee, elbow, shoulder, broken helmet, face, concussion. I ordered these replacements as they were cheaper than the real deal. Big Mistake!!!After 4 rides of total mileage 150km with these replacement cleats, they are shot, less than one month after purchase! After 2 rides I noticed the yellow rubber cap at the front of the cleat de-laminating from the black plastic part. (I made Note to self; Be extra careful, particularly when walking off the bike. I always limit how much I walk on the cleats off-bike.) After the 4th ride, the base of the left cleat has completely broken off. How? I'm not sure. No impacts, no foot dragging; and as I said I was extra careful as I had noted the pre-mature wear. The broken piece is gone.In summary, STAY AWAY from these cleats. They are dangerous!! Spend a little extra and buy the REAL DEAL. They will come apart, resulting in your foot slipping out of the cleat and your foot landing on the pavement rushing by at speed. In traffic you could be killed.(I am in no way affiliated with Shimano or any bike company - just an avid cyclist, mechanical engineer, who cycles about 3000km year.) I review these in the hopes of preventing someone from getting hurt.
