Received a completely different product than what was pictured. They were not cartridges, but whole one piece assemblies. I Had to reroute the tubing to make it work. And each time I need to replace I have to take off the top assembly, disconnect hoses etc, instead of changing a cartridge. Would not trust buying again not knowing if you are going to get the product advertised.

I expected to pop out my cartridge and pop these in which are the ones. Pictured. Instead I got these. Had to do a little work but I got them to fit and I'm sure they will work fine but very disappointed that I didn't get what I expected and I can't find these in store

Good price. Works as expected.Found that the charcoal only lasts a few days though. This apparently is normal for undergravel filters, especially in larger than 10 gallon tanks.Changed to powerheads.

I liked the fact that I could get 3 of these packs basically for the price of one (at some retailers)! Great Deal!

Wasn’t so sure at first and took a chance on these as well. Mine where very old and should had replaced months ago. Had seen these in a 3 pack. They fit like they should and work as advertise. I have zero complaints!
