Described written instructions easy to follow in english. It is taking care of the heating issue. In the first 5 weeks. I'm having a few issues now hope I can get this resolved

So I got this and followed all the instructions on how to install it. It wasn't working I gave it a week and it just didn't work. I contacted the seller and they walked me through it and agreed that I had done everything right. They offered me the refund and to return the product. My son came home from spring break and was able to figure out it was my power strip, NOT the product. This seller is very good at communication. They're quick and very understanding. I'LL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

It got here very quickly and it works great and it was at a good price.

I read reviews before I bought and most of them were good so I decided to give it a try. The directions said to set the temperature about 4°F below the temperature you want to that's what I did. It took about 2 hours to heat to the temperature I set it to but I wanted it warmer so turned it up where I wanted it. Took about another 30 minutes and reached desired temp. I have been watching close all day to make sure it doesn't over heat and it has been doing it's job perfectly. I would have given 5 stars if it had an on/off switch but unfortunately to turn it off to adjust temperature setting it has to be unplugged. A bit of a hassle but overall I am happy with my purchase. I bought a 200w heater for a 46 gallon tank.
