These were recommended by Liz Earle in a wellbeing article as being one of the best brands and types of Magnesium. And Ive found them to be great.

This is really good and helpful that it is a natural product, according to what the marketing says. I find that half a capsule to one capsule is just about as much as I can handle per day without getting an upset stomach, and even then it has to be an oily meal to help with the absorption of magnesium such as some olive oil, cheese or a full meal with enough fat content. If it’s a full meal great, but not to be taken without enough food that’s adequate in its fat content. That’s okay because foods which naturally have magnesium tend to have fats such as nuts and seeds. Just take it with a proper meal.

If you have trouble sleeping, as I did before taking these supplements, give it a try. I can't believe the difference this has made to my life. I also take ashwangda with it. I was very sceptical but they did the job.

Magnesium is crucial for a number of the body's functions to operate as they should.As a result of dietary restrictions I don't get the amount of magnesium in my daily diet that I should - hence the reason for seeking out a quality supplement.In terms of provenance and quality, this ones ticks the right boxes.The suggested daily intake of this particular supplement is just one capsule, but they have such high strength (376mg) that even one capsule is likely to mean that most people would be getting more than the recommended daily quantity of 400-420mg for men or 310-320mg for women.As I get some magnesium from other sources, I would not want to be taking this particular supplement for an extended period as there are potential side-effects from taking too much magnesium (including cramps, diarrhoea, fatigue and low blood pressure).At the current price of £11.00 for 30 capsules that means that this would cost around 37p per day. I have previously used other good quality magnesium supplements with a daily dosage more in line with the level of my daily shortfall that have only cost me around 7p per day.I hope you find these comments helpful.
