These are good quality vitamins which are actually quite small, vitamin wise. They're easy to swallow without a bad aftertaste and don't repeat as other vitamins sometimes do. Take alongside a cup of OJ for better absorption! :)

The taste was good. The smell was not bad. The pills were ease to swallow and texture was fine. The effectiveness was good it helped a lot. I highly recommend this product.
