I love it
I have been using this serum for 3 weeks in the morning and at night. I’ve had melasma since my last pregnancy over ten years ago and it gets worse after being in the sun and during the hot seasons. I came back from vacation and had lots of brown spots on my cheekbones despite wearing a hat. In the past I had success with a product that’s no longer available over the counter because the active ingredient has been band in the USA except by prescription (hydroquinone). I searched for a good product with a high percentage of tranexamic acid and niacinamide and this has both at 5% which is the highest I found of each. I really don’t want to pay to see a dermatologist at this point unless I have to.As you can see in the picture the serum is nice and thick enough to stay in a blob on your finger unlike another inexpensive brand’s serums that fall through your fingers like water. This serum is thick but still light. It soaks into the skin easily. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t bother me at all. It does not pill under other creams or makeup. It’s very moisturizing. Most importantly, it’s making a big difference already after three weeks!! The skin has lightened and is looking much brighter in general. I will finish the bottle and report back!Pros:InexpensiveLightSoaks inDoesn’t pull under creams or makeupNot stickyGreat for dry skinGreat for sensitive skinMakes a visable difference in 2 weeks5% active ingredientsNice bottle and dropperSafe ingredientsCons:It won’t make dark spots disappear as fast as a prescription cream wouldIt’s so light it seems almost too lightNot instant resultsTips: use glycolic acid every 3 days. Tretinion will also help but is prescription only. Retinol is a good substitute. Hydroquinone works faster but is prescription only and expensive, it also has health risks and you shouldn’t use for more than three months as a time. My advise is to start with this serum first before deciding if you need to spend the money. It’s working for me, so happy to have found it!

Good for PIE, gentle and effective
A favorite! Effective for reducing hyperpigmentation. Non irritating. Also contains moisturizing ingredients. Works amazingly in conjunction with Azelaic acid to fade PIE and PIH.

Subtle results, but visible improvement
I am not a verified purchaser. I do not make commissions. I am just a regular person. Tried a lot of products to reduce dark spots on my chest from sun damage. This product does actually work. But the results are very subtle. I apply this product liberally twice a day had to use it for at least 30 days before I saw much improvement but there is some lightning of the dark spots. Would recommend as a good value for the price.

Worked almost instantly for my PIE
I bought this for the redness and hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. People said it works fast, but mostly for melasma or PIH. I was worried that with such efficiency it would damage my sensitive skin, but instead I woke up with softer, less rough/smoother skin texture and the darker reddish pigmentation is less noticeable. My skin is also tighter and the pores are less noticeable.I’m impressed, this is a life changer for me if the results are consistent. With new products my skin will eventually get accustomed to them and it’ll stop working for some reason. I’ll post an update if that’s the case, but for the price I’m gonna try their other products too!I’ve always had hyperpigmentation but I didn’t know that’s what it is, I didn’t wanna whiten my skin for no reason. These products exist for dark SPOTS, which is what I struggled with my whole life due to this ignorance.I don’t know why it worked so well for me, for extra information I have combo/oily pale olive toned skin with red hyperpigmentation on the cheeks, and I get acne on my chin area mostly.

I think I may have been sent a used product
The box was very soft, obviously old, folded and crumpled in parts, and the top was held closed with scotch tape. The bottle itself, not sure what is normal, but there was no plastic or anything that needed to be peeled or ripped off to indicate it was not tampered with. Very troubling the condition it arrived in.

Great purchase!!
I feel like a lot of hyperpigmentation products do not work but I have used this consistently and found a lot of relief from it. The key is the tran acid.Buy it today!!

Working
I have purchased several serums from Cos de baha. They are all decent quality for the low price in my opinion. This specific serum I bought to try to help with my sun damaged skin (admittedly I was not good to my skin when I was younger). It is a thicker serum with no scent, so it takes a few extra seconds to sink in, but it feels moisturizing at the same time. I have combination oily to normal skin, but there was no irritation. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I can tell a difference. My spots are fading and my skin has more of a glow now. It's taken a few weeks and I will continue to use it to see if I can get it looking a little better, but I would say it's doing what it said it would. I would recommend this to those that want to brighten and lighten up their skin.
