First things first. Don't think just buy! If you have a cordless drill and masking tape, Everything else is in the kit. This kit is so easy and fun to use. Follow the instructions which is so easy to read and understand. Trust the process. You might think you screwed it up or stuffed the headlight case. Trust me it's part of the process. It made my headlights look brand new. It so easy to use and functions at your normal drill speed between 1500 and 2000 RPMs. It so easy anyone can do it. The price is the cherry on top. Quality and affordable. You can't beat this. My Lexus headlight assembly is $60 to $200 easy this kit is a fraction of that. It took me 20 mins to do. You won't regret it.

This stuff works really well! I followed the instructions and cleaned the headlights with a little scuffing pad then followed the directions on the container. I was pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the headlights look! Clearer without the yellowish tone they had gotten over the years. Easy to use, just a little elbow grease. Lights are brighter! Hope this last a few months, I’ll probably rest every 6 months.

I started with a very clouded headlight assembly from a 2012 Honda. I followed the instructions, but found that the Step 1 polish did not clear up the haze much. I thought I had wasted my money for sure. But, I was going to purchase a new assembly if this did not work, so there was no harm in being aggressive and trying again. But the 2nd time I got out some 800 - 3000 grit sanding discs and wet sanded the hazy plastic with a lot of force. Went over and over it, and finally it improved quite a bit. Not new looking, but definitely better than when I started. So, then I did Step 1 again but this time using much more force in the application of the polish. Also used plenty of polish, and went over and over it, pretty much scrubbing. It did look better then, but still not quite new even after careful cleaning. On to Step 2, the UV protectant. To my surprise, Step 2 removed even more of the haze and after curing for a few hours, the assembly looked pretty good and was again useful as the light from the lamp now passed through the lens. Overall, it worked Ok on a very hazy lens, but not without a lot of sanding and polishing. I would only recommend this kit if you have access to a rotary sander and at least 5 each of 800, 2000, and 3000 discs. It might take an hour or so of wet sanding, but in the end you will have saved the money for a new assembly.

My car has headlights that have multiple contours (both convex and concave). This works fairly well on the convex to flat portions, but the sanding discs for steps 1-3 don’t work very well on the concave contours when installed on the drill attachment. Ended up leaving colored gouges so that I had to take the discs off and do the sanding by hand for those areas (and did some overall by hand as well, the drill left swirly marks). Still less overall work than sanding by hand (been there, done that with a different restoration kit). The buffing compound and sponge attachment combo for step 4 though is awesome and works with whatever contour you have!

This product is a POS. Watched the video they provide and did exactly what they said. It wasn’t hard to do. All the work you do, and it will be work, is for nothing. It may clean your head lights a tiny bit, but that’s it. Doesn’t take off even the tinniest of scratches. The blue sanding disk left blue streaks on the lens. I had to use the brown disk to take them off, because they wouldn’t wipe off. Even when the drill is going slow, it’s sends bits of stuff on your call, which was a pain to remove. Don’t buy this POS. If you do, then you will regret it. If you just was to clean your lense, wipe it with some windex, scrub it with a soft toothbrush with regular white tooth paste, rinse with some water and wipe it dry.

Had doubts but succeded. Car looks legit newer with these headlight restored. Don’t think about it. Just get it!

Compré este producto después de haber leído varias críticas positivas en internet, sin embargo no obtuve el resultado esperado. Tengo que decir que mis faros se encontraban en mal estado, con bastantes años y muy amarillos. Tras ver vídeos de como aplicarlo de la mejor manera, y leer cuidadosmanete las instrucciones me dispuse a utilizarlo. Tras realizar todo el proceso (una media hora por faro) me encuentro que se han quedado más o menos como estaban. Supongo que este producto estará pensado para aquellos faros que estén poco estropeados y entonces las lijas son lo suficientemente buenas como para dejar un buen resultado.
