This is a CPVC fitting, NOT a PVC fitting
If your pipe is tan in color, use CPVC fittings. If your pipe is bright white, use PVC fittings. These are not PVC fittings and that is why you see other reviews that say the fittings don’t fit or don’t work. Duh! You can’t substitute pepper for salt.If you don’t use CVPC glue, you will have a failure that could be a disaster.Last time. PVC fittings and glue are not designed to work with CPVC pipe, which is tan.You’re welcome.
