I've been buying this trimmer for years and not once has failed medef recommend it !

This is the only razor/trimmer that I use and I will ever use. Please do not stop making it! I have owned this for 10+ years and I will never go back! I did buy a new one because I left it wet in the shower too many times and the trimmer was starting to rust, but that's what anything metal will do if sitting in water. Highly recommend!

I am a repeat buyer of this item. Not to say it needs to be replaced often. Replace the heads and the batteries as needed, and very easily. The electric side gets a very close and safe shave without the cover. It reduces razor burn very much. I have bought three of these razors since the pandemic, and replaced the parts as needed. This product is prime. No pun intended.

Stopped working a little over month after purchase. This was the 2nd one purchased in six months since same thing happened to previous one. Have been using these since they came out and time to switch! Will not be wasting my money on this again. Shame on you for making bad product! No wonder you only get 30 days to return. Will stop working a week after refund window. Scammers everywhere and people cutting back on quality to benefit their pockets. Can you tell I’m irritated and tired of being swindled?
