Great Iodine. Had heard of this Iron several years ago but could never find it in stores near me. Been taking it for about two weeks now, and believe it to be a really good if not great true Iodine. I take iodine because it helps to regulate your own bodys naturally designed body weight. Also, every cell in your body utilizes Iodine, not just the tyriod!

TAKE IODINE!I don’t can’ care who you are, take iodine! There is absolutely none in our diets unless we eat fish 3x a week or eat seaweed on a regular basis. After my consistently taking everyday, I noticed a change in brain fog and motivation. Definitely noticed and increase in overall health.

I’ve been taking this and don’t really know if I notice a difference yet. But I can speak to the taste! It has a little bit of a weird taste directly on the tongue, but if I put it in my coffee I don’t notice it at all.

I purchased this in early December 2024. Before using this stuff, I was constantly sluggish, low energy, often experienced brain fog, and felt like a bag of bones, even though I would relax all weekend (I have three days off in a row). I wanted to wait to post my review because I wanted to eliminate bias from my period (I'm 30 F). I've gone through two periods since buying this product and I've noticed a night and day difference.The first day off from work, I normally lounge around because I am so drained. After using this product, I'm actually getting up and doing chores and cooking.Before using this product, I'd experience PMS symptoms two weeks in advance of bleeding. This would have me take days off work because I'd have such a sheer lack of energy. After using this product, I feel a bit emotionally high and low but no longer so drained. I've actually been having full work weeks lately without taking any time off.I typically use two drops into a 500ml bottle of water, 3 for any larger size bottle. I've noticed that 2 drops barely alter the taste, but 3 drops do. Not intolerable, but noticable. Sometimes I'll add it to soup, too.An important thing to note that this is nascent iodine AND potassium iodide. I was looking at another product that was just potassium iodide. No reviews were mentioning the positive effects I was seeking. People were mentioning how clear the liquid is, thinking that nascent iodine should be brown. They're right: it should be brown. But they didn't purchase nascent iodine.This product is cheaper than pure nascent iodine because of its lesser potency and mixture of potassium iodide. If you don't want a strong dose, I believe this product is good and budget friendly. If you do want something stronger, try seeking out the pure version, which is more expensive.
