Gourmet 4 Cup French Press - Stainless Steel and Glass with Leaf Pattern

A very pretty french press. It doesn't make the coffee taste any better but it increases my sense of relaxation as I look at something that is pretty in addition to being useful. The only thing I don't like about it, the glass carafe is not attached to the rest of the pot. I went to heave the grounds on to a composting spot and almost sent the carafe flying because I didn't realize that at first. Other than that, well made.

This was my first experience with a press pot. I own a single serve coffee maker and usually use that. However, this little pot makes delicious coffee -- as good as some of the coffee shops I frequent. In four minutes you have a perfect brew. The only issue I had is that the pot does not come with instructions, and as I never used one before, that would have helped. However, I just did a google search and got directions immediately. Very simple to use and the result is some amazing coffee. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this little gem.

Carafe was shattered on arrival. As another stated, the packaging did not seem adequate. The packaging also did not contain any fragile or handle with care labels. These things can happen though and I will probably order a new one once I get my refund since I like the design.

Arrived broken. Packaging was not adequate to precent breakage. I will order another one because it is quite pretty.

Love this press. It's smooth, can handle all types of coffee, even the espresso ground which usually makes a press malfunction and clog up. It is sturdy and feels well made and easy to clean. Looks pretty too.

Do not buy. The minute I poured hot water in it, the glass cracked. Garbage!
